Scope
Every project is custom. The base package covers architectural and construction documentation for one house: floor plans, sections, elevations, roof and foundation plans, wall framing plan, wall section, construction details, door and window schedules, material takeoff, 3D axonometric views and cabinet elevations. MEP drawings and photorealistic renders are optional and priced separately. Price is set by heated floor area; houses over 4,000 sq ft are quoted.
Time
Delivery is usually 3 to 4 weeks from a complete brief. Smaller houses can be quicker; larger or more detailed ones can take longer. We confirm your date before work begins. Time spent waiting for information or decisions extends the date by the same amount.
Revisions
Minor revisions are included: moving a door or window, adjusting a room, changing a finish note. Larger changes to scope or design, such as a new floor, a different footprint or a change of structure, may need more time and a fee. We always agree those with you before drawing.
Use of the drawings
- You may build the house once, on the site named in your order.
- You may share the files with your builder, local architect, engineer, lender and permit office.
- You may have the drawings adapted for local requirements.
- The design and drawings remain the copyright of Yetarch. They may not be sold, published or used for a second house without our agreement.
Local review, stamps and permits
Yetarch provides detailed architectural and technical documentation. Where your jurisdiction requires it, review by a local licensed architect or engineer, engineering calculations, a professional stamp or seal and the permit application and approval are completed by a licensed professional in your area. We answer their questions and make agreed changes directly.
Payment
Nothing is charged when you place an order. We confirm the schedule, then invoice the agreed total. Design work is not refundable once drawings have been delivered; if we cannot take on your project, any payment is refunded in full.
