answered plainlyCan I build it in the UK or Europe?
Yes, with local adaptation. The set gives you the design. Your planning drawings, Building Regulations package and structural design are prepared for your site, by us at a fixed fee or by your own team from the DWG files.
Is the plan in feet or metres?
The sheets are dimensioned in feet and inches. Add the Metric set and every dimension is redrawn in millimetres.
What does the Study Set let me do?
Study every sheet with your family, lender or planning consultant. It is watermarked and not licensed for construction, and its full price is credited if you buy the plan within 90 days.
Can I build it more than once?
Each licence covers one house on one plot. For a second house, buy a second licence or ask us for a multi-build price.
What if it does not suit me after buying?
Digital drawings cannot be returned once sent. That is why the sample set is free, the Study Set is credited in full and the plot review is credited too. Read the licence and refund terms.
