The licence

Buying a Plan Set or a Plan Set + CAD gives you a licence to build one house, once, on one plot. The drawings and the design remain the copyright of Yetarch. The licence belongs to the buyer named on the order.

You may

• Build one house from the drawings on the plot named on your order.
• Give the files to your own architect, engineer, builder and council to adapt, price and build it.
• Have the drawings changed to meet local rules, by us or by your own team.
• Print as many copies as the build needs.

You may not

• Build the design a second time without a second licence.
• Sell, share or publish the drawings, or pass the licence to someone else.
• Build from a Study Set. It is for study only and is watermarked.

Credits

The full price of a Study Set is credited against a Plan Set or Plan Set + CAD of the same plan bought within 90 days. The plot review fee is credited in the same way. Upgrading from a Plan Set to a Plan Set + CAD costs the difference.

Refunds

Drawings are digital and are sent the same working day, so a set cannot be returned once it has been delivered. If a file is faulty or incomplete, we correct it or refund you. Before you buy, the free sample set, the Study Set and the plot review are there so you can be sure.
