    Questions before buying

    What exactly am I buying?

    A licence to build one house on one plot from our drawings. The design stays the copyright of Yetarch. You may give the files to your own architect, engineer and builder to adapt and build it.

    Can I get planning permission with these drawings?

    Our sets are design drawings. Your application also needs a site plan and a location plan for your plot, which we or your agent prepare as a fixed-fee service. No one can promise approval, which is why we offer a plot review before you buy.

    Are the drawings ready for Building Regulations?

    No stock plan can be, because building control needs details, structure and energy calculations for your site. We prepare that package with a partner practice at a fixed fee, or your local professional can take it on from our DWG files.

    The plan is in feet and inches. Can I have it in metric?

    Yes. The Metric set redraws every dimension in millimetres. On this site you can switch every area between m² and ft² at the top of the page.

    Can the plan be changed?

    Yes. Tell us what you need and you receive a written, fixed quote within three working days. Most changes are to room sizes, the garage and the number of bedrooms.

    How and when do I receive the set?

    As a PDF by email on the same working day, with a drawing register listing every sheet. CAD files follow with the Plan Set + CAD.

    Can I get a refund?

    Digital drawings cannot be returned once sent, so we give you every way to be sure first: the free sample set, the Study Set credited in full, and the plot review. Read the licence and refund terms.
