    Process

    Three to four weeks, start to set.

    Most projects are delivered in 3 to 4 weeks from a complete brief. Smaller houses can be sooner, larger or more detailed ones longer. We tell you the date before we start.

      RevisionsMinor revisions are included and turned around quickly. Larger changes to scope or design may need more time and a fee, always agreed before we draw.
      Online meetingsA call at the start, and whenever you want one. We work from London and Istanbul and meet across US time zones.
      DeliveryDigital, as a complete set. Nothing to ship, nothing to wait for at the post office.

      Priced by the size of the house.

      One fixed price for the base package, set by heated floor area. MEP and renders are added at checkout, only if you want them.

      American and Canadian drawing and construction conventions, in imperial units. Metric is available for projects outside the US and Canada.
